Participants will learn about the impact of attachment on boundary-setting. Starting with the foundation of connection and boundaries as key parts of well-being, participants will learn about the four types of attachment and how these create challenges and barriers related to boundary setting. Additionally, participants will learn strategies to assess attachment and interventions they can use to support clients in overcoming these challenges when learning to set boundaries. This presentation will also explore how attachment impacts clients in multiple stages of relationship development, shaping their ability to establish and maintain healthy boundaries over time.
